Hand crafted in the EU using high quality, natural cotton. Because therapeutic crystal salts last indefinitely and are re-usable, they are much more economical, safe and direct than conventional medications.

1. Warm up the salt pillow 30 minutes at 50-60°C in the oven, or place in the freezer for 30 minutes. 
2. Keep the pillow, hot or cold, on the painful place for 20 minutes.

Note: Do not warm in the microwave.

Pillow can be used as often as needed. After use, keep in a dry place.

Before applying the pad to face or body, test to ensure that the salt pillow is not too hot or too cold. If the heat becomes uncomfortable, stop usage and allow to cool before re-applying.
