Bookings Policy

Cancellation

Please inform us of cancellations at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Deposits are non refundable and they can only be transferred onto your next booking with 48h notice. €10pp deposit taken for all weekend bookings.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late to an appointment may, unfortunately, result in a reduced duration of your appointment out of courtesy for our next client.

Forgotten Items

Please make sure you have not forgotten any of your belongings behind after your appointment.

We regrettably can not take any responsibility for forgotten goods at Salt Cave Halotherapy.

If any items are found, we will retain them for at least 6 weeks.
