Is there parking available?

Salt Cave Paradise (Convent Lane) : We have 2 spaces on our property, but please be aware these are normally full . Street parking is available nearby. Alternatively, the Balbriggan Train Station car park is just a short walk away. Salt Cave Halotherapy (Trade Centre) : There is street parking available around the Trade Centre. Customers can also use the Balbriggan Train Station car park , which is convenient for this location as well.

Do I need to bring swimwear?

It depends on your service: Salt Water Cave / Jacuzzi : YES. You must bring swimwear, a towel, and flip-flops. Dry Salt Rooms (Halotherapy) : NO. You remain fully clothed. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothing.
