Cancellation

Please inform us of cancellations at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Deposits are non refundable and they can only be transferred onto your next booking with 48h notice. €10pp deposit taken for all weekend bookings.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late to an appointment may, unfortunately, result in a reduced duration of your appointment out of courtesy for our next client.

Forgotten Items

Please make sure you have not forgotten any of your belongings behind after your appointment.

We regrettably can not take any responsibility for forgotten goods at Salt Cave Paradise/ Halotherapy.

If any items are found, we will retain them for at least 6 weeks.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed directly online. Instead, please follow these steps:

  1. Book your session online to secure your slot.
  2. Present your voucher at the reception desk when you arrive to pay/redeem.If you have any issues with your voucher, please Contact Us on 087 961 9852.

We require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future booking if we are notified in time. See our full Booking Policy.

We highly recommend booking online to secure your preferred time slot, as we are often fully booked.

For Jacuzzi Rooftop bookings on weekends and Bank Holidays, a €10 non-refundable deposit is required online, and you can pay the remaining balance at the reception desk upon arrival.

Our online system is great for small bookings. For groups of 4+ people or private hire enquiries, please contact us directly at info@saltcaveparadise.ie or call 087 961 9852 so we can arrange the best slot for you.

Yes, we offer Student / Senior Memberships (5 or 10 sessions). Please bring a valid Student ID or proof of age.
